Processing and Shipping S&G Hampton Sun is offering FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00 for all consumers placing orders through our website. Orders are processed in a timely fashion, determined by when they are received, and order fulfillment is pending inventory availability.  Customers will be notified if the product is not immediately available. All credit card orders are subject to credit approval  We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, we welcome your feedback and are happy to help. Should you want to return a product, please return it to the original point of purchase.  Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, (as each retail store has their own specific return policy). If you are not happy with the products that you have ordered directly from S&G Hampton Sun, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately S&G Hampton Sun cannot issue refunds for products that have been depleted by 25% or more. Please include the original invoice in the package and retain a copy for your records. We regret that shipping expenses are non-refundable unless a product is clearly defective.  Please also note that there is a $5.00 restocking fee for all product returned that is not clearly defective.  This applies to consumers only.
