RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Hampton Sun online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to make a return, please contact notifications@hamptonsuncare.com

In your email, kindly include:

- Order number

- Name of item(s) and total quantity

- 4 digit lot # on the bottom of the product (ex: 2203-65)

- Reason for return

A member from our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Once your return request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you. Please drop off the return within 4 days of the return being initiated.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Only the cost of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping costs and tax will not be refunded.

- All Privet Bloom personal fragrance and Privet Bloom home fragrance products are final sale.

 

EXCHANGES
